Rosie is a dedicated medical receptionist with five years of experience in providing high-quality patient care and front-desk support. She is currently studying a double degree in Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University, combining strong organisational skills with a strong interest in human behaviour. Rosie values building genuine and healthy relationships in the workplace—not only with her colleagues but also with patients—to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment.
