Dr Fenech completed her Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 2018 from The University of Wollongong. She completed her internship and residency at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital, Campbelltown Hospital and Bowral District Hospital, with rotations in Emergency Medicine, Surgery, Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Paediatrics, including a 6 month regional rotation in the High Dependency Unit at Bowral District Hospital.
Dr Fenech is very excited to make the transition to General Practice and is now in her first term as a GP Registrar. Dr Fenech is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Sports Scientist, with a Bachelor Exercise Physiology from UNSW, and has previously worked with patients to manage their chronic disease and injuries through exercise prescription. Her special interests are Children’s Health, Women’s Health, Musculoskeletal and Injury Management and Chronic Pain, for which she has completed a Master Science in Medicine (Pain Management) through the University of Sydney. In her spare time she enjoys baking, taking dance classes when she can and spending time with her family.
